  • Residential undertaken contracts range from £250,000 for total refurbishment (Grade II listed building) to £2,500 for kitchens and bathrooms.

Property Maintenance

S W Hirons & Associates have built long term relationships with clients resulting in trust and continuing requests to solve any maintenance issues:

  • We manage many properties for both UK and overseas clients.
  • We have instructions from managing agents to undertake annual gas and electrical certification and cyclical maintenance.
